Athletic Team Registration

 

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must submit the athletic physical to the main office at least 4 weeks prior to the start or their registered athletic season. To ensure clearance for participation athletes must be 100% compliant at least 1 week prior to the start of first practice and/or tryouts.

Physicals are valid for 365 days from the date of the last exam.
